Summary: Message from the host Below are the full house rules: *ONLY use front door to enter & exit home during your stay. Do not lock the bottom lock. *NO parking on the grass. *DO NOT go beyond the gate behind the pool. *DO NOT let the recliner chair done in the den area; it is difficult to get back up. *DO NOT light any candles. *DO NOT grill under the back patio area. However, you can grill in an open, uncovered area. Please dispose of coals by placing them in a bag and put in trash. *Please do not put the A/C below 75 degrees. The home has a natural coolness. *Please don't eat in or keep any food in the bedrooms. *Do not take any chairs from inside to use outside. *Take trash out back and place in gray bin in the back yard. (The bin with the blue lid is for recycling and does not need to be bagged). *You are welcome to use any condiments in the refrigerator and the seasonings in the cabinet. *Do not consume the beer in the refrigerator or any alcohol in the cabinet. *There is complimentary Keurig cups in the Keurig drawer.
